Willy Wonka

Yesterday. Liss, Mum, and I went to The Limelight Cinema at Riverlink to see the prequel called Willy Wonka and this movie kept my interest all the way through.

There was also some singing in it too that was mostly done by Willy Wonka. I was also pleasantly surprised that this movie was a prequel and not a remake.

However, an old man was sitting near me was making noises as he had congestion and I found that a bit distracting, but he enjoyed himself.

As at the end of the movie I noticed that the old man who was making noises as he watched had clapped twice and was the only one who clapped.

Finding The Voice

I went to see Finding the Voice which was a documentary on John Farnham’s career in music with my Mum and sister Liss and all three of us enjoyed watching it.

As I thought it was nice to be able to look back on his career, and I’ve liked listening to songs that were sung by John Farnham for so long.

Some of his older songs that he has sung and that I like are called:

Don’t You Know It’s Magic, One, Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head, Comic Conversation, and Playing to Win.

I also like You’re the Voice, Pressure Down, Age of Reason, When the War is Over, Two Strong Hearts, and more.

It’s also John Farnham’s 74th birthday today too, so Happy Birthday John.
